Refund & Return Policy

At Blossom Bliss, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cakes, and gifting products, we maintain a transparent Refund and Return Policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared, shipped, or is out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Returns

As flowers, cakes, plants, and personalized gifts are perishable or customized products, returns are generally not accepted after delivery.

Returns may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective non-perishable item received

  • Product substantially different from the order placed

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Order cancelled before processing

  • Product unavailable and order cannot be fulfilled

  • Verified delivery issue caused by Blossom Bliss

  • Approved return request

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Delivered flowers

  • Cakes and edible products

  • Personalized or customized gifts

  • Orders where incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. After verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as deemed appropriate.

Delivery Issues

Blossom Bliss is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
